As a little boy, Anton always wanted to be a Chef. At 16 years of age, the kitchen became his true love as he began his apprenticeship for the Novotel Group.  It was onwards & upwards for Chef Anton from there as he became a much sought after commodity by restaurant establishments throughout Austalia & Asia.
 
Chef Anton’s numerous Awards for his delightful desserts, innovative hot plates, and sensational sugar & chocolate work are testament to his brilliance in the kitchen. He is also much sought after for his Award winning Ice Sculpting skills. When all this culinary talent is poured into a natural entertainer, the result is incredible!
 
Chef Anton’s Cooking shows for both Adults & Children are first rate entertainment.
 
His ‘Kids Can Cook Shows’ are educational, exciting and interactive activity for kids, whilst teaching them the importance of a healthy diet. For the adults, Chef Anton’s Fresh Produce Cooking Demonstrations & Shows see him whip up culinary delights to please the fussiest audience in a fabulously fun fashion.
 
Chef Anton’s love of cooking is closely linked to his passion for a healthy lifestyle.
 
When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find Chef Anton exercising in the park or at a local gym. Chef Anton’s shows look at and discuss the advantages and health benefits of foods and food groups for our well being, and what the possible side effects may be of foods less rich in goodness.
In Chef Anton’s own words “My aim is to de-mystify the complexity of modern cooking by breaking it down to its simplest elements, from which we rediscover the simplicity of fresh produce” He goes on to say “Food is so much more than just nourishment, it is a lifestyle, it is memorable, and most importantly, it is an integral element of every family”
