“Primex Visitor Survey” Contest

Terms and Conditions of Entry 

1. The prize for the “Primex Visitor Survey” Contestis BBQ from Bunnings Warehouse.
2. This prize includes 1 BBQ – model “Voyager 6” Jumbuck 6 burner – as shown in the photo on the Surveycard. The BBQ is valued at $499.
3. Entrants must be over 16 years of age.
4. Entrants can send entries to the event organiser (Exhibition Marketing Pty Ltd) until a maximum of 10 days after the last day of the event, in order to be eligible. Entries postmarked after 5pm on this day are ineligible, null, and void.
5. Only one entry per e-mail/residential address will be considered for contest entry.
6. The contest draw will be made on the premises of Exhibition Marketing at or before 5pm, 14 days after the last day of the event (on Mon July 4^th 2011)
7. All winners will be notified via e-mail, phone or postal address by the event organiser.
8. The results of the lottery will be published on the event organiser’s website – the winner may nominate for their name to remain anonymous, and the town only published.    
9. A list of winner(s) may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped (first-class postage) envelope to the organiser and requesting the list, unless as per 8 above they wish to be anonymous.
10. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.
11. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the event organiser in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
12. A contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
13. You agree to hold the contest organisers, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from and against—and hereby waive any right to pursue—any claims of any nature arising in connection with the Materials submitted to the organiser and used in any manner in the organiser’s sole and absolute discretion.
14. The event organiser reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.
15. The event organiser reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.
16. By entering a contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to such contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.
