Darren Robertson Brings Paddock to Plate to PRIMEX

Local chef and co-owner of Three Blue Ducks at The Farm, Byron Bay, Darren Robertson is set to get tastebuds tantalised at PRIMEX 2021, with a series of daily cooking demonstrations and audience sessions from 12pm – 1pm.
With a passion for sustainability and love of local produce, Darren is excited to share and demonstrate some of his cooking expertise with the Northern Rivers community.
“We produce some of best food ingredients in the world right here and I think PRIMEX is the perfect place to showcase what we can do. I love connecting our local growers with the food-loving public and can’t wait to be a part of one of our region’s best events,” said Darren.
Darren lives and works at Bryon Bay and many locals will know him not just from his Three Blue Ducks restaurant, but also from his various appearances on TV shows such as MasterChef and My Kitchen Rules. He’s also written three cookbooks and contributes extensively for Delicious.
“I’m hoping people will come along and be surprised by some of the cooking information and demonstrations I’ll serve up. This is a great chance for foodies to ask me anything they want. It’s going to be a lot of fun,” added Darren.
