Primex Field Days appoints Recommended Suppliers through a structured qualification process to ensure safe, coordinated and professional event delivery.
Suppliers are selected based on proven capability, WHS compliance, appropriate insurance coverage and experience managing large-scale event logistics, including strict bump-in and bump-out timeframes.
All appointed suppliers must provide documented risk management procedures, relevant SWMS and evidence of qualified, supervised onsite operations.
This framework protects exhibitors, stakeholders and venue infrastructure while reinforcing Primex’s commitment to safety, governance and operational excellence.
Recommended Suppliers will be confirmed by 23rd March for Norco Primex 2026.
