‘Primex 2025 will be our fourth year partnering the event. Given that we keep returning is testament to how happy we are. Although Mother Nature wasn’t kind to everyone in 2024, we were still able to present our brand in a unique way to a really engaged audience. We love our location at Primex, it provides Red Energy with a great opportunity to talk with people about their home and business energy needs and offer no obligation bill comparisons as they walk into the event. We look forward to seeing you again.’

Neil Thew

Regional Business Development Manager - Red Energy

‘Thank you to Bruce and the team for another fantastic Primex event. The enquiries we received over the three days have generated a significant amount of business for us. We will definitely be back bigger and better in 2025 based on the results from this year.’

Ben

‘A huge thank you to NORCO Primex for helping us to host over 70 people at our inaugural Innovation, Investment & Influence business luncheon celebrating industry leaders advancing agribusiness in the Northern Rivers. Primex was the perfect setting, with incredible event service and hospitality- and we look forward to returning for the 40th anniversary in 2024.’

Jane Laverty

‘Last week Sourdough Business Women were honoured to collaborate with Primex to deliver a ‘Women in Business Breakfast’ on the opening day of the major event in Casino. We had close to 70 guests in attendance and were privileged to hear from panellists Katrina Patton, Skye de Wit, and Georgina Inwood as they spoke with humour and courage about their diverse businesses. Sourdough Business Women would love to thank those who attended the morning supporting women in agribusiness and manufacturing in our region.’

Amy Colli

SBW Regional Liaison, Sourdough Business Pathways

‘The desire to be different is apparent and the improvements have been noticed by many in the Industry. The Primex organisers communication with us as exhibitors is unlike any other Field day we attend, They are keen to listen and ask questions and formulate a plan. We are now seeing an increase in Exhibitor’s and with this we will see a continued increase in attendance.

Primex’s communication with the various Industry groups has provided feedback to us so we can improve our planning. It is up to us as exhibitors to ensure we provide a display that people want to come and see.’

Ian Davidson

Regional Sales Manager, Silvan Australia

‘As Australia’s largest artificial breeding supplier, we attend Primex Field Days knowing we will see a consistent flow of livestock producers (dairy & beef) from throughout NSW and QLD.

Since first attending in 2021, Genetics Australia have been pleasantly surprised by the activity, enquiry and sales for semen, semen collection, AI and IVF services and AI merchandise supplies and will remain committed to be represented and service such a large number of producers attending Primex Field Days into the future.’

Rodney Brooks

‘2023 was our first time as an exhibitor on behalf of our family business “The Rural Shop.com”, the help and assistance throughout the lead up, during and post field day was exceptional.

The overall feedback, support, and sales we received in what is a new area for us as a business was very satisfying and humbling over the 3 days.

We are looking forward to returning in 2024 to help celebrate the 40th anniversary.’

Scott Malone

The Rural Shop

‘Norco PRIMEX puts Casino on the map and our town becomes a vibrant hub over the three days of the event. We want people across Australia to know the Richmond Valley is open for business!

Great food, friendly people and excellent hospitality will make your PRIMEX experience a memorable one.’

Vaughan Macdonald

General Manager, Richmond Valley Council

‘It was a great to be a part of the paddock to plate pavilion, we got to meet so many other farmers showcasing their great local products and were able to gain advice insight and many great ideas. We were also able to get to be hands on with local and travelling public, to answer questions/give samples discuss local farming practises, soil, water etc.

We had such a massive response from all the public that due to the exposure the Primex gave us we now have new customers and I have also been invited and attended a few other events from Primex customers. Again thank you for this opportunity and we would recommend this exposure and experience to any producer so they to will be able to reach so many people and give them a great insight to the many growers here in this highly productive area.’

‘As a local charity in the Northern Rivers, the Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter relies heavily on the generous support of the community. Support from events such as the annual PRIMEX industry expo helps us to keep in contact with the regions rural community and raise our profile through our site. The sheer size of the event provides an opportunity for significant exposure and fundraising to help us to continue saving lives and we give our thanks to the PRIMEX team for their support.’

Zeke Huish

Regional Marketing Manager, Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter

‘A huge thank you to your PRIMEX team for supporting our Northern NSW Local Health District Richmond Breast Care Nurses and for making us feel very welcome and very much a part of the PRIMEX event.

The response from the community was overwhelmingly supportive and inspiring. We had so many people approach us just to say “thank you for saving my life”, or “thank you so much for just being there for me” & “it is so great to see you here today getting the message out” with so many men and women just so thankful for the support that our Breast Care Nurses provide was very rewarding to know it is such a valuable service.’

Kerry Anderson

Acting Business Manager, Community & Allied Health, Richmond Network

‘The Northern Rivers ranks among the highest regions for creative communities in Australia. Creativity leads to innovation and many examples of highly innovative businesses abound across the region.

PRIMEX itself is just one example and RDA Northern Rivers commends Primex for showcasing the region’s strengths in this area.’

Tim Williamson

‘Stone & Wood partnered with PRIMEX Field Days as the region’s leading agricultural and primary industries exhibition for the first time this year.

The link between agricultural and beer is an obvious one so it’s a natural partnership that we would like to build and grow for many years to come.’

Ross Jurisich

Founder, Stone & Wood Brewing Company

‘We are very happy working with PRIMEX. They are collaborative in their approach and really looking to make the event have a more paddock to plate feel.

We are looking to forward to collaborating with Bruce further and get this event onto foodie calendar.’

Brian Restall

Founder, Lord Byron Distillery

‘PRIMEX turned out to be a great display venue for TISCA. A show is not good unless it draws the visitors to look at the display that has been put on at great expense by the exhibitor.

PRIMEX drew the crowds that are potential buyers and with the grounds and infrastructure upgrades, we intend to be back again next year.’

Steve Morrison

Managing Director, TISCA

‘I’ve been in the shed industry for over 15 years and attended a lot of field days across the nation during this time. I had the pleasure of attending the 2018 PRIMEX Field Days for the first time as a support for our Ahrens Shed Distributor and I have to congratulate you and the PRIMEX Team for putting on a great event.

Some field days I’ve attended over the years have lost their atmosphere and ultimate purpose however, PRIMEX managed to maintain these key points that make Field Days great a priority. If I had to sum it up ‘You Made It Look Effortless’ and that in itself is a testament to the planning and effort that goes on behind the scenes.’

David Mitchell

National Sales Manager, Ahrens Steel Buildings

‘During the (2019 PRIMEX) show, we had good enquiry on all makes and models but it was more the awareness of the vehicle range we sell that was most effective.

With the enquiry we obtained from the show, we sold in excess of 15 vehicles over the coming two months. We will be attending the PRIMEX 2020 show with hopefully all our franchises and I would advise anyone who is starting out in business or in an established for many years, to have some sort of brand awareness at the show.’

Allan Potter

Lismore General Manager, Frizelle Sunshine Automotive

‘We are grateful to PRIMEX Field Days for awarding Flow with the PRIMEX Innovation Scholarship. The scholarship provided us the opportunity to explore new approaches such as on-site sales and new markets that we might not have otherwise accessed.

The event raised our profile amongst the farming and rural community and this flowed through to sales. We were thrilled to be allocated a prime location at Field Days as ‘featured exhibitor’. This attracted a great crowd and enabled us to display our product in a way that engaged the audience. Being featured in the PRIMEX – Northern Star supplement in the lead-in to the event, also gave us exposure to markets beyond PRIMEX. We trialled on-site sales, to great success.’

Emily Grace, PhD

Research Manager, Flow

‘Komatsu Australia see PRIMEX as a great venue to show case the new models and technological advancements available every year, also to show community support and commitment to the Northern Rivers area.

PRIMEX offers a unique opportunity for us to have the inclusion of live excavator displays and this year was a definite crowd pleaser.’

Owen Paisley

Northern Rivers Sales Account Manager, Komatsu Australia
